Position Overview:

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in real estate sales. The Sales Head will lead and motivate the sales team, manage client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and activities.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in villa plot sales, and a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Attributes: Results-driven, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
